I am a follower of Christ, a wife to Chris Fuller, passionate about cooking delicious, nourishing food that is mindfully prepared. I earned a Bachelor’s of Nutrition Science from the University of Georgia in May 2015. I am currently working towards an M.S. in Horticulture Science at UGA researching a medicinal herb called Holy Basil. I grow my own food in a way that supports biodiversity and sustainability. I research, research, research about nutrition, permaculture, homemade living, and using plants and herbs to enhance health and well-being.
I use this space to share about my different passions and the lessons I have learned on my journey to a more sustainable, community driven and healthy life. My hope is that you read this and become inspired to live out your own passions and live life to the fullest!
